Please note your preference for a Mt. Fuji-side room at the time of booking. Depending on room availability on the day, we may not always be able to accommodate the request — thank you for your understanding.
We offer free parking for 15 cars and 12 large buses. Reservations are generally not required for passenger cars, but please contact us in advance if you are arriving by large bus.
The hotel is about 15 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 20 km from Lake Kawaguchi. Access by car is the most convenient. Please contact us regarding shuttle service.
